Freemius sends a download link and licence key after purchase. Install and open WellTechFinds, then enter the purchase email and licence key to activate. You can also download the app and view your receipts from the Freemius customer portal linked above.

Yes. Open the Freemius customer portal, deactivate the old computer, then activate the app on the new one. Your purchase has an activation limit shown at checkout.

Yes. The desktop app removes GPS/location details by default before you upload product photos.

It works on Windows 10 and later. It accepts JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP and TIFF. AVIF, iPhone HEIC and HEIF photos need to be saved as JPEG or PNG first.

You choose the save folder in the app. Your original photos are never overwritten.

PayPal refunds are processed immediately. Card refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear. See the Refund Policy for details.

Windows may show this warning for a new app while its reputation builds. If you downloaded the official installer, select More info, confirm the publisher is WellTechFinds, then select Run anyway. If the publisher is missing or different, stop and contact support.

The production trial is started through Freemius. No payment card is required and there is no automatic charge when the 10 days end. After the trial, buy once and activate the licence in the app to continue using licensed functionality.

Keep the Store-installed app. After purchase, enter the email address and licence key from Freemius in that app; you do not need to replace it with the website installer.

The Store badge opens the Australian Microsoft Store region. Microsoft determines listing availability for your account and region. If the listing is unavailable to your account, the website's Freemius 10-day trial is an alternative installation route.

Yes. Add multiple JPEG, PNG, WebP, BMP or TIFF images, choose the sizes or presets you need, and process them together. Supported output formats are JPEG, PNG and WebP.

WellTechFinds includes presets for popular online-selling workflows, including Shopify, Etsy, Amazon and eBay. Presets are starting points for image dimensions and formats; check each platform's current requirements before uploading.
